Truman Traded to Pontiacs

The Drumheller Dragons have traded forward, Roc Truman, to the Bonnyville Pontiacs in exchange for future considerations.

In his second Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) season, Truman (’01) is averaging 1.0 points per game, with 29 points (7G, 22A) in 29 games in 2019-20.

He provides the Pontiacs a significant upgrade to their team, as a dependable two-way winger with tangible offensive upside. In his time with the Dragons, Truman was often paired up with his brother Scout and the two would put on dazzling displays of playmaking ability on a nightly basis. How he performs away from that brother-brother dynamic will be something to watch as the season progresses.

Truman appeared in 79 regular season games for Drumheller, scoring 31 goals and 39 assists, for 70 points. He will wear #44 for the Pontiacs moving forward.
